Compassionate, relational therapy for meaningful change.
A space where you can feel understood and begin to move forward in new ways.

About me

Immigrant
At 18, I left Lisbon and moved to the UK, where I lived for 15 years.
Living between cultures has shaped how I see people and relationships. It has helped me develop a deep curiosity about different human experiences, and a sensitivity to what it can feel like to not fully belong, to adapt, and to find your place.

Community Work
My work began in community settings, supporting people who didn’t always have access to long-term psychological support.
Working with individuals facing homelessness and financial hardship showed me how much people carry, and how important it is to meet that with both compassion and respect.
This experience continues to shape how I work today: grounded, human, and aware of the wider context of people’s lives.

Superheroes
Having experienced trauma from a young age, I understand what it can feel like to search for safety and understanding.
For me, that space was often found in imagination and storytelling. Over time, this became something else, a way of understanding difference, identity, and resilience.
Today, this allows me to work with people who have been subjected to trauma, are neurodivergent, or part of the LGBTQIA+ community, with sensitivity and openness.
All of these experiences shape how I work: with warmth, curiosity, and a belief that change is possible while also recognising the strength it takes to face it.
